The Low-Buy Handbook and all Smart by DBens products are instant digital downloads. Because files are delivered immediately and can't be returned, all sales are final. If your file won't download or open, or you were charged twice, email smartbydbens@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and I'll fix it or refund you.
